After saying yes to our proposal, your project is official! Before beginning our creative work, we require a signed contract covering all of the details of your project and a 30% deposit to solidify your time on our calendar. From there a payment plan can be implemented.

FINAL DESIGN DECISIONS & LAUNCH
Your final brand files and website will be delivered and launch! This is such an exciting and rewarding time and it calls for a much deserved celebration! We are here for you with any lingering post-launch questions for up to 2-weeks after your launch. Although we are always cheering you on and stay in touch with our clients.

BRAND KICK OFF CALL & DESIGN WORK
Once your calendar date arrives, we will jump on a brand kick off call to walk through details of your questionnaire and discuss the direction of your project. This is a time for us to connect about your project and any topic or question is available for discussion!

If you book our Artisanal Vision, this is where we will kick off your phase two web design part of the process. We will jump on a website direction kick off call to align on the creative concept and any lingering details. Ahead of this meeting, we will need to have your copy and imagery prepped and ready to go.
After submitting an inquiry with our studio, you will be sent a calendar booking link to book a complimentary project exploration call and see if we are a good fit for a creative collaboration.
